"I probably wouldn’t order from here again"
I had a weird feeling soon after placing my order, the way things played out kind of matched that feeling. The updates were vague, support took forever to get back to me, and every time I didn’t hear anything, I just assumed something was probably off behind the scenes. Maybe other people have had smoother experiences, but for me, the whole process felt unclear and not very trustworthy

To be fair, they eventually handled my complaint and got it sorted out. But it took way longer than it should have. When a customer has a real issue, the right thing to do is respond quickly and not make them keep chasing for help. I appreciate that it was fixed in the end, but the delay left a bad impression

I was able to get my payment through in the end, but the checkout experience I just had was kind of clunky. The pages were loading slowly, and a couple of steps felt more confusing than they needed to be. Maybe it usually works better, but based on my most recent order, it didn’t feel very smooth

I ordered a pair of running shoes from Keller Sports and overall it was a decent experience. Delivery was okay, and the shoes were about what I expected. The only thing is that once shipping was added, the price wasn’t around much cheaper than other shops. You can definitely find some good deals if you catch them at the right time, but it’s not always the best value overall.

The return process was really simple and didn't take much effort. I got my refund quickly, which was super useful and made the whole thing stress-free.

I mainly signed up for the cheaper member prices, it’s been worth it so far. I grabbed a pair of running shoes with a decent discount, and the delivery was fine, nothing weird there. The website does get a bit slow sometimes, which is kind of annoying, but overall the perks are good enough that I’m happy I joined.

I ordered something from keller-sports.com and just paid by card like usual. It went through pretty much straight away, and I got the confirmation email not long after, maybe within a few minutes or so.
There weren’t any random extra charges or strange payment issues, which is the main thing I worry about with online shops sometimes. The refund info in my account also seemed clear enough from what I could see.
I’d probably give it 4 stars because the order update took a little longer than I expected, but overall the payment part was totally fine and felt reliable to me.

"Decent app, but a little clunky"
I used the Keller Sports app to order a pair of running shoes, and overall it got the job done. The product pages opened fine, the photos and size info were easy enough to check, and checkout went through without any major drama.
That said, the app did feel a bit sluggish here and there, especially when I was switching between filters. A couple of times the filters didn’t seem to stick, and I had to log in again randomly, which was irritating for such a small thing.
Delivery was fine, and the shoes arrived as expected, right size and everything. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but the app definitely needs a bit of polish to feel smoother on mobile.

Using this site was a total pain. Pages were loading all weird, the filters kept resetting like a stubborn little gremlin, and checkout froze on me twice. After wasting way too much time on that nonsense, I just gave up.

I was hoping the discount would be a bit more impressive, especially for a sports shop. After comparing the prices, it didn’t feel like I was saving much at all. Maybe I expected too much, but I would’ve felt better if the savings were clearer or more worthwhile. Disappointing, to be honest.

"Order confirmation could’ve been clearer"
I ordered a pair of shoes, and the confirmation email left me a bit unsure about what was going on. It had some of the order details, but I couldn’t really tell if my payment had gone through or when the shoes were supposed to ship.
I’ve ordered from plenty of online stores before, and usually the confirmation makes everything obvious right away. This time I had to log into my account and wait for another email to feel confident the order was actually moving along. Not a terrible experience, but it could definitely be simpler.

I had to return my order because the size wasn’t right. Sent it back and my refund came through literally within a few days, way quicker than I expected. I didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with any stress, so I’m happy with how it went

My order showed up quicker than I thought, which was a nice surprise. The packaging looked a little rushed, but everything was fine inside. I’d still order again.

I ordered from keller-sports and, to be fair, the package did arrive in the end, so no big disaster there. The product itself was totally fine too. The annoying part was the tracking, because it just kind of sat there without updates for a few days, and I kept wondering if it was actually moving or just sitting in some warehouse somewhere. I know delays happen, especially these days when even my grocery deliveries seem to take weird little detours, but clearer updates would’ve made it a lot less frustrating. Delivery was slower than I expected, so overall it was okay, just not the smoothest experience

My first impression of Keller Sports was actually good. The site looked clean, the prices seemed decent, and I found a few running shoes I was excited to check out. But once I started picking sizes, it got frustrating quickly because most of the pairs I liked only had really tiny or really large sizes left.
I ended up spending more time than I wanted clicking through shoes I couldn’t actually buy. It’s a shame because at first it felt like a site I’d happily order from, but the poor size availability kind of ruined it for me. I’d probably try again if they restocked more often or made it clearer upfront which sizes are unavailable

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and had to do an exchange. It did go through in the end, so no major complaints there, but the updates weren’t super clear and it took longer than I expected. If you’re exchanging something, I’d just recommend keeping an eye on your emails and giving yourself some extra time. Not a bad experience overall, just feels like the process could be a little smoother.
